What’s new in SECND

Everything we ship that changes how you list, sync and sell. Newest first.

  1. Dismiss the "Get set up" checklist

Done setting up? The dashboard setup checklist can now be dismissed instead of staying until every step is complete.

    • NewDismiss the "Get set up" card on your dashboard with the new X button — it stays hidden on that device.
  2. Listing queue "Run now" works again

The Run now and Run ready now buttons in the listing queue fire your listings again — including queues with more than 50 ready items — and confirm how many items started.

    • FixedRun now and Run ready now in the listing queue list your items again instead of silently doing nothing.
    • ImprovedStarting a queue run shows how many items began listing, and anything that fails shows an error instead of nothing happening.
  3. Pick real sizes for imported shoes and clothing

Products that came in with a category from Facebook, eBay or the category picker now get the full size picker (US, EU, UK, letter sizes) instead of only "One Size".

    • FixedShoes and clothing categorised through the new category picker only offered "One Size".
    • FixedA listing that arrived as "One Size" could not be changed to a real size.
  4. Imported listings can be listed from the app

Products imported from Facebook or eBay no longer show "Category" and "Size" as missing in the app, so you can list them without re-entering fields the import already filled.

    • FixedFacebook and eBay imports were blocked from listing on web and iOS with "Category" and "Size" missing.
    • ImprovedThe product screen shows the imported category instead of "Not set".
  5. Cancel or change your plan without a surprise charge

Changing your plan now opens your billing window and shows the exact amount before anything is charged, and cancelling is available at any time, including during a free trial.

    • FixedChanging plans while on a free trial could start a second subscription and charge it immediately instead of switching your existing plan.
    • FixedThe Cancel Subscription option was hidden during a free trial.
    • ImprovedThe help centre now explains how to cancel, and what happens when you cancel during a trial.
  6. A faster consignment register

The Sell page is now a single line-item screen — scan, fix up a line, and take payment without hopping between panels.

    • NewRing up items as editable rows — booth, description, quantity, sale, and price all inline, with clear flags on anything missing.
    • NewBring products you already have in SECND onto the shop floor — from the label station or straight from your products list — and print their tags.
    • ImprovedRegister search now looks across your whole floor inventory as you type.
    • ImprovedIf a queued label's item sells before you print, it drops out of the print queue and tells you.
  7. Clearer free plan, and a page that explains it

The free plan has always included unlimited cross-posting — our own site described it incorrectly. That is fixed everywhere, and there is now a page that lays out exactly what $0 gets you.

    • FixedCorrected the free plan description across the site: cross-posting and connected marketplaces are unlimited, and only AI listing generation is capped at 5 per month.
    • NewAdded a free cross listing app page covering what is included, where the free plan ends, and how it compares to other tools.
    • ImprovedFaster first paint on every marketing and help page by removing a render-blocking web font request.
  8. Consignment register and label station

Take goods on consignment and sell them in person without leaving SECND. Scan any item at the register, and print inventory labels from your own templates.

    • NewRegister: scan any item to ring up an in-person sale.
    • NewLabel station with a template builder, custom layouts and batch printing.
    • NewBooth reports for consignor payouts and per-booth performance.
    • ImprovedAn in-person sale now delists the item from your online marketplaces automatically.
  9. Live progress on imports and bulk listing

Bulk jobs now stream their progress as they run, so you can watch an import or a bulk publish finish instead of refreshing.

    • ImprovedReal-time progress for imports, bulk listing and AI enhancement.
    • ImprovedLong-running jobs survive a page reload and keep reporting.
    • FixedBulk jobs no longer stall silently when a single item fails.
  10. Real-time Square and Shopify POS sync

Connect your till and SECND keeps the shop floor and your online listings in step. Sell something at the counter and it comes down everywhere online.

    • NewSquare and Shopify POS integrations with real-time inventory sync.
    • NewAutomatic delisting triggered by an in-person sale.
    • ImprovedSale detection now covers both online and in-store channels.
  11. AI listings that learn your writing

Photograph an item and get a title, description and marketplace attributes back, written in the style of your own past listings rather than generic copy.

    • NewPhoto-to-listing generation with brand, size, material and condition.
    • NewPricing suggestions based on sold comps rather than asking prices.
    • ImprovedPer-marketplace variants so a Depop caption and an eBay title are not the same text.

What’s coming next

Votes are the strongest signal we have about what to build. They come from accounts, not from page refreshes, which is what makes the ordering mean something.

The public roadmap is being set up. In the meantime, tell us what you need below — every request is read.

Suggest a feature

Tell us what you are trying to do. The most useful requests describe the workflow that is painful, not the feature you think would fix it — we can usually do better once we know the actual problem.
