For vendor malls & antique malls
One register, many vendors, and a payout run that takes minutes
A vendor mall is a shared storefront and a hundred small businesses. SECND handles the checkout everyone shares, keeps each vendor's numbers separate, and settles booth rent and sales in one run.
What breaks first in vendor malls
Month-end settlement eats a week
Rent, commission, sales, adjustments and credits get assembled per vendor by hand. One error and you are re-running the whole month.
Vendors have no visibility
Every vendor wants to know what sold today. Without a portal that is a phone call each, or a printed report nobody reads.
Booth inventory never reaches the internet
Booth stock is exactly the inventory online collectors search for, and almost none of it is listed anywhere.
How it runs on SECND
The same five steps, every item, whether it sells on the floor or on a marketplace.
- 1
Set up booths and terms
Each vendor gets a booth, a rent schedule, and a commission rate. Terms live on the booth, so settlement never depends on someone's memory.
- 2
Tag inventory to the booth
Barcode tags carry the vendor code. Whatever scans at the register credits the right vendor, every time.
- 3
Check out centrally
One register, one line, one receipt - even when a customer's basket spans six booths.
- 4
Let vendors watch their own numbers
Per-vendor reporting shows sales, rent owed and current balance without a phone call to the office.
- 5
Settle in one run
Rent, commission and sales net out per vendor at period close, with a statement each vendor can actually follow.

Vendor Malls: frequently asked questions
How does booth rent work alongside commission?
Each booth carries its own rent schedule and commission rate. At settlement SECND nets sales against both, so a vendor sees gross sales, commission taken, rent charged and the amount payable on one statement.
Can a single sale include items from several booths?
Yes. The register handles mixed baskets and credits each line to the booth that owns the item, which is what makes a shared checkout viable in the first place.
Do vendors get their own access?
Vendors can see their items, their sales and their balance. That is usually the single biggest reduction in office workload a mall gets from switching systems.
Can booth items be sold online too?
Yes, per vendor. Items opted into crosslisting appear on the marketplaces you connect and are pulled down automatically when they sell on the floor, so the vendor is not exposed to double sales.
