How to change or cancel your plan

Plan changes happen in billing settings: upgrades prorate immediately, downgrades apply at the end of the period, and cancellation keeps access until the period you paid for ends. Deleting your account is a separate, permanent action — and it does not cancel billing on its own.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan rather than being locked.

Your marketplace listings are unaffected — they belong to your marketplace accounts and stay live. What you lose is the syncing, the automatic delisting and the reporting, which is worth understanding before you cancel while carrying a lot of crosslisted inventory.

Export before you go

  1. 1

    Export your inventory

Items with SKUs, prices, cost and status.

  2. 2

    Export sales history

What sold, when, through which channel, at what price.

  3. 3

    Export consignor and vendor records

Especially outstanding balances. This is the data that is hardest to reconstruct and most consequential if lost.

  4. 4

    Download your invoices

Your accountant will want them and they are easiest to get while you still have access.

Deleting your account

Deletion is permanent and it is a different action from cancelling. It removes your data rather than merely ending billing.

Frequently asked questions

Will my listings be removed if I cancel?

No. Listings live on the marketplaces and stay there. The delisting automation stops, so you become responsible for removing sold items yourself.

Can I come back later?

If you cancelled without deleting, yes — your account and data are still there on the free plan. If you deleted, no; deletion is permanent.

Do I get a refund for the unused part of a period?

Cancellation ends the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. If something has gone wrong rather than you simply changing your mind, get in touch — that is a support conversation, not a policy one.

How do I stop being charged immediately?

Cancel in billing settings and confirm no renewal is scheduled. If you also want your data removed, delete the account afterwards, in that order.
