See every customer in one place — who bought on each marketplace, who signed up on your store page, and their full order history.

TL;DR
What the page shows
The Customers page lists everyone SECND knows about across your connected marketplaces and your public store page: their name, email, where they came from, which marketplaces they buy on, how many orders they've placed, and how much they've spent. Use the search box to find someone by name, email, phone, or marketplace username, and the source chips to filter by channel.
Where customers come from
Each customer gets a Source badge set when SECND first sees them, and it never changes afterwards. A customer whose first order came from Depop shows Depop — even if they later buy from you on eBay. Shoppers who sign up through your public store page (before ever placing an order) show Store page.
The Marketplaces column is different: it lists every marketplace where SECND has matched a username for that customer, so you can see all the places one person shops with you.
Customer details
Click any row to open the detail panel: contact info, marketing consent, shopping preferences they shared when signing up on your store page (brands, sizes, styles), their marketplace usernames, and every order they've placed with you — each one tagged with the marketplace it happened on.
