Selling on Grailed
Set shipping, returns, offers, and pricing defaults before you publish.

In short
After connecting Grailed, select a return address and enter a price for every shipping region you want to serve. Then review offers and smart pricing.
Shipping regions
Enable the regions you ship to and enter a valid price for each one. A region without a price is not ready for listing.
Return address
Choose the Grailed return address SECND should use. The integration must have a return address and valid shipping regions before SECND can publish.
Heads up
Connected and ready to list are different states. Open the Grailed integration if SECND still asks you to finish shipping setup.
Offers
Turn Accept offers on if buyers may send offers. See Grailed offers for automated offer settings.
Smart pricing
Turn on smart pricing to let Grailed adjust the price within your limit. Set a floor as a percentage of the listing price. SECND accepts a value from 1 to 99.
