Set Up Your Store Email Branding

Save your colors, tagline, links, and writing style once so SECND can use them when drafting customer campaigns for your store.

TL;DR

Open Settings → Store, add your email brand assets, and save. SECND combines those choices with your existing store name and logo whenever it drafts a customer campaign.

What is saved?

Email brand assets include a primary color, optional accent color, tagline, brand voice, website, and Instagram handle. Your store name, description, and logo already live in Store settings, so you do not need to upload them again.

How do I set it up?

1

Open Store settings

Choose Settings, then Store in the sidebar.
2

Confirm your identity

Check the store name, description, and logo near the top of the page. Generated campaigns use these as the sender's identity.
3

Add email brand assets

Enter six-digit hex colors such as #7c3aed, describe your voice in plain language, and add only links you want customers to visit.
4

Save changes

SECND validates the colors and web links before saving. You can return and update them whenever your branding changes.

How are the assets used?

The drafting service treats your settings as brand reference material. It creates a reviewable draft using your store identity and keeps customer-facing messages separate from SECND product announcements. A draft is never a substitute for customer consent: campaigns still need a valid audience and an unsubscribe link before sending.
